How Custom Grillz Work
How custom gold grillz are made: mold, casting in solid gold or silver, hand finishing and fitting, in shop or by mail. Call or text 206-250-0833.
1. Choose your design
Select your teeth, metal, cut, and stone options in the Grillz Builder or choose a catalog design.
2. Complete your impressions
Book an appointment in Renton or use the mailed mold kit. We review your impressions before production.
3. Approve, pay, and receive
Confirm your final design and pay in full. We produce your custom piece, then confirm your finished-jewelry delivery selection.
Production timing
Plain and cut grillz take about 10 business days. In-store orders include one additional business day for handling; mailed orders start the day after we physically receive usable molds. Moissanite and stone-set grillz take 4–5 weeks. Full payment and final design approval are required. Your tracker shows the estimated ready date; delivery time is additional. Timing for chains, rings, and other custom jewelry is confirmed with your design.
Mold kits
Mold-kit shipping is $30, with a free prepaid return for your impressions. Follow the kit instructions and return the impressions for review before production.
Finished jewelry
You select UPS delivery speed when your finished jewelry is ready. Finished-jewelry shipping is a separate charge confirmed before shipment and includes full-value insurance and signature delivery. Faster shipping does not shorten production time.
