Payment before production
Custom orders require 100% payment before production begins. Production starts once usable impressions or required measurements, final design approval, and full payment are confirmed.
Payment options we accept today
Zelle and Cash App have no fee. Venmo adds 3%. Available digital wallets are shown at checkout. We do not accept debit or credit cards.
Financing and payment plans
A custom piece is an investment, and we want you to get it right the first time. Ask about payment plans when you call or visit — depending on your project we can walk you through the options available for your order. We are also reviewing third-party financing partners; when a provider goes live, this page will be updated with the full terms, application steps and any promotional offers.
Production timing
Plain and cut grillz take about 21 days. Moissanite and stone-set grillz take 4–5 weeks after usable impressions, final design approval and full payment are confirmed. Shipping time is additional. Timing for chains, rings and other custom jewelry is confirmed with your design.
