How do I start?
Build your grillz, browse the collection, or book a Renton fitting. Sign in when you are ready to check out so your order can be tracked.
Production timing
Plain and cut grillz take about 10 business days. In-store orders include one additional business day for handling; mailed orders start the day after we physically receive usable molds. Moissanite and stone-set grillz take 4–5 weeks. Full payment and final design approval are required. Your tracker shows the estimated ready date; delivery time is additional. Timing for chains, rings, and other custom jewelry is confirmed with your design.
Mold kits
Mold-kit shipping is $30, with a free prepaid return for your impressions. Follow the kit instructions and return the impressions for review before production.
Finished jewelry
Every shipped order includes one flat $60 insured signature delivery charge, paid at checkout in the same single payment. The flat rate covers full-value insurance and adult signature on every package, because packages were repeatedly lost in the postal system. Free in-store pickup at our Renton showroom removes the delivery charge. Faster shipping does not shorten production time.
Payment before production
Custom orders require 100% payment before production. We do not offer deposits, partial-payment arrangements, or in-house installments. Production begins once usable impressions or required measurements, final design approval, and full payment are confirmed.
Payment options
Zelle and Cash App have no fee. Venmo adds 3%. Available digital wallets are shown at checkout. We do not accept debit or credit cards. Third-party financing is available only when an active provider is offered for your order; provider approval and terms apply.
