Available payment methods are shown at checkout or confirmed for custom orders and may change. For custom work, any required deposit and remaining balance are communicated before production begins. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping and payment-related information needed to process an order.

MULTIPLE-PRODUCT ORDERS
Items within the same order may be completed or shipped separately depending on availability, production requirements and fulfillment timing. Applicable shipping charges and payment terms are shown or communicated during the order process.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not by itself constitute final acceptance of an order. Seattle Gold Grills may review an order for availability, pricing accuracy, payment status, customization requirements, fraud prevention or other operational issues before accepting or beginning production.
OUT-OF-STOCK OR UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS
If a non-custom product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding availability, substitutions or other options. Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the product type, payment status, production status and the applicable policies shown on this site.

Seattle Gold Grills collects contact, billing, shipping, order and payment-related information as needed to operate the store, process orders, communicate with customers and provide services. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REMAKES
Custom grillz and other personalized jewelry are made specifically for the customer and are subject to the current Refund Policy. Custom orders generally cannot be refunded after production has begun. If you believe there is a fitting or workmanship issue, contact Seattle Gold Grills promptly so the item can be reviewed under the applicable remake or service policy.
Non-custom products, fulfillment errors and defective merchandise are handled according to the current Refund Policy and the circumstances of the order.
SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION
Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Custom-item timing varies by design, approvals, impressions, materials and production requirements. Shipping methods, processing information and current delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Any timing provided before completion is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Seattle Gold Grills may correct typographical, product-information or pricing errors. If an order is affected by a material pricing or listing error, we may contact the customer, decline or cancel the affected order where permitted, and make any required refund or payment adjustment through the applicable payment method or another lawful method.
