How long does production take?

Production time varies by design and starts after we receive an acceptable impression, required order information, design approvals and the required deposit. Plain, diamond-cut and stone-set styles can require different production time. Confirm current timing before ordering, especially for an event date. Shipping and mold-kit transit are separate from production time. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. Our Renton showroom is appointment only for security and to make sure the right team member is available.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments are available Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. at 15 S Grady Way, Ste 408, Renton, WA 98057.

How much do custom grillz cost?

Pricing depends on tooth count, metal, karat, finish, stones and other options. Review current product listings or use the Grillz Builder to compare designs. Custom work generally begins with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due according to the order terms.

Which payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout or confirmed with you for a custom order and may change. Contact us before placing a custom order if you need to confirm a specific payment method.

How do I order custom grillz?

Choose a design from our custom grillz collection or build a combination in the Grillz Builder. Custom-fit grillz require an accurate impression. Production begins after the required fit information, approvals and deposit are received.

What materials do you use?

Materials vary by product and can include gold, silver, moissanite, diamonds and other stones or finishes listed on the product page. Review each listing for the exact specifications offered.

How should I care for my grillz?

Clean grillz gently with products appropriate for the listed metal and stones, rinse and dry them thoroughly, and store them safely when not in use. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can damage the finish or stones. For dental or oral-health questions, consult a licensed dental professional.

Can you make grillz for missing teeth, gaps or crooked teeth?

Some custom designs can be made around individual dental anatomy, but suitability depends on the impression and design. Grillz are removable jewelry and are not dental treatment. Contact us with fit questions before ordering, and consult a licensed dental professional for dental concerns.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Financing and installment availability can change. Review the payment options currently shown at checkout or contact us for the options available for your order.

Can old gold or jewelry be used toward a new piece?

Contact us for current trade-in or gold-credit options. Any value depends on the material, weight and current market conditions, and existing jewelry generally is not simply melted into a new custom piece.

Do you make permanent gold or diamond teeth?

Permanent dental work must be evaluated and performed by a licensed dental professional. Seattle Gold Grills does not perform dental procedures. We can work with dentists or dental laboratories on approved gold or diamond dental components made to case specifications.

Can you adjust grillz made by another jeweler?

We generally do not perform extensive alterations on grillz made by another jeweler because we cannot verify the original materials, fit or construction. Contact us with details and we can tell you whether the item can be evaluated.

What is “Florida Gold”?

The term is commonly used for a thicker gold grillz look. If you have a specific reference style, send it with your inquiry so we can confirm the design options available.

What are diamond-cut grillz?

Diamond-cut grillz use faceted or patterned cuts in the metal to reflect light. Styles can include Diamond Dust, Trillion Cut, Sunburst and other patterns. Browse gold grillz or search the site for a specific cut.
