1. Production Updates (MUST READ): During production, please avoid contacting us for order/status updates. Custom grillz are made in large batches, and individual inquiries are not feasible and may delay your order if we attempted to do as such. We'll reach out when your order is ready after a few quality checks.
   
   Our custom grillz are crafted by trusted manufacturing partners rather than in house. Production timelines reflect industry standards for quality custom jewelry, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.
   
   
2. Refund Policy: Please review our refund policy for custom jewelry and grillz. This policy is standard across custom jewelry businesses and is available at the bottom of this page, I am mentioning this to be transparent about our policies.
   
   
3. Fitting Adjustments: If order does not fit at your pickup appointment, we remake your grillz at no additional charge until the fit is perfect. We appreciate your patience as some pieces require extra refinement.
